ColdRealFitness operates as a global dropshipping retailer and fulfills orders through third-party suppliers.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms below.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

Europe: 7–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

International: 10–25 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.

Orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country.
ColdRealFitness is not responsible for delays, refusals, or confiscations by customs authorities.

Delivery Responsibility

A shipment marked as “Delivered” by the carrier is considered successfully delivered.

ColdRealFitness is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Packages left unattended by the carrier

Delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

No refunds or chargeback approvals will be issued for these cases.

Shipping Delays

ColdRealFitness is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of dropshipping, all sales are final except in the cases explicitly stated below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Order number

Clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging

Failure to provide sufficient evidence will void eligibility.

If approved, we may issue a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

Lost Orders

If an order has no delivery confirmation and has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, the customer must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery window.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing

Normal wear and tear

Misuse or improper handling

Delayed deliveries outside stated estimates

Orders refused or returned to sender

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

Returned packages without authorization will not be refunded.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact ColdRealFitness directly before initiating a chargeback.

We actively contest disputes with evidence including:

Carrier delivery confirmation

Tracking records

Order confirmation details

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account restriction or permanent ban from future purchases.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
